  • $460 million acquisition of various assets from Mondelēz Australia including the VEGEMITE and peanut butter brands.
  • $250 million acquisition of Saputo’s Koroit processing facility.
The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) – acquisitions

advised TCCC on its acquisition of various non-alcoholic drink brands in Australia, NZ and Fiji, including Mount Franklin, Deep Springs, L&P and Kirks, from its bottling partner, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners.

Criteria Corp

advised Criteria, a software-as-a-service employment analytics platform based in Los Angeles, on its acquisition of Australian-based Revelian, a business in the field of emotional intelligence and game-based assessments.

Macquarie Crop Partners (Macquarie Group) – property portfolio sale

advised on the sale of Lawson Grains Pty Ltd, a portfolio of cropping farms covering 100,000ha across New South Wales and Western Australia, by Macquarie Crop Partners to Alberta Investment Management.

Payton Capital

advised shareholders of Payton Capital on its $144 million sale to HMC Capital.

Sibelco

sale of business and operations – acted for SCR-Sibelco N.V. (headquartered in Belgium) and its Australian subsidiary, Sibelco Australia Limited, on the sale of its Queensland magnesia mining and production business (QMAG Limited) to the German-based Refratechnick Group.
