With a career that has spanned commercial law and corporate finance, Geri combines an understanding of the financial, commercial and legal considerations that drive transaction decisions. She strives to be a contributor to the growth of a client’s business.

Geri’s legal expertise is principally in corporate and commercial law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and private equity. Whilst these disciplines are relevant across industries, she has a particular interest and network in the technology and non-bank lending sectors.
