advised TCCC on its joint acquisition, along with its local bottler Coca-Cola Amatil, of a 45% equity stake in the Made Group Companies (owners of the popular brands Cocobella, Rokeby Farms, Impressed Juice and Nutrient Water brands) and negotiated and advised on the related shareholders agreement.
advised Criteria, a software-as-a-service employment analytics platform based in Los Angeles, on its acquisition of Australian-based Revelian, a business in the field of emotional intelligence and game-based assessments.
