Addisons is delighted to welcome Emma Trotter, Georgio Platias, Lisa Csomore and Cathy Tran to the 2022 Graduate Program.
During the six-month program the new graduates will enjoy two rotations across the firm, providing them with the opportunity to gain experience across multiple practice areas. They will work directly with partners and other lawyers and gain firsthand client experience from early in the program.
When asked what attracted the graduates to Addisons Lisa Csomore commented;
“One of the key aspects of Addisons that attracted me is its friendly workplace culture. I was strongly interested in working with approachable partners whose experiences and wisdom I could learn from, and who also see great value in mentoring lawyers early in their careers. I also valued the approachability of Addisons’ partners as it a reflection of Addisons’ culture as a whole.”
Cathy Tran also shared her reason for choosing Addisons;
“Addisons is clearly a firm that values the positive development of their employees. No better workplace to learn than one which offers a challenging, yet constructive and supportive environment, especially during this transitional and highly informative period from graduate to solicitor.”
At the completion of the program the graduates will be offered long-term placements at Addisons.
