Addisons is delighted to welcome Cindy Phan, Nicholas Reynolds, Jashanpreet Bola and Marcella Cavallaro to our 2026 Addisons Graduate Program.
During their 12-month program our new graduates will experience two rotations across the firm’s capabilities. They will work directly with partners and other lawyers and gain firsthand client experience from early in the program.
Addisons received a high volume of exceptionally strong applications. Our 2026 graduate cohort was selected through a two-stage interview process, having distinguished themselves by consistently demonstrating the firm’s core values of excellence, collaboration, respect and trust.
On successful completion of the program the graduates will be offered long-term placements at Addisons.
We wish the graduates good luck as they embark on the start of their legal career with us, and look forward to being part of their ongoing professional development.
Applications for the 2027 Addisons Graduate Program will open on 1 July 2026.
