Addisons is delighted to be a finalist in two categories at the annual Australasian Law Awards 2023.
Addisons Managing Partner, Kieren Parker, has been shortlisted as an Excellence Awardee in the Law Firm Leader of the Year 2023 (101-500 Employees) category. This award recognises a Managing Partner, CEO or similar of a law firm in Australia with up to 500 employees, based on their achievements and performance during calendar year 2022.
Blackstone’s AUD$8.9 billion acquisition of Crown Resorts Limited is also amongst the finalists in the M&A Deal of the Year category for 2023. Addisons provided gambling regulatory advice to Starwood Capital Group, and other lenders, in connection with the financing for the transaction.
The Australasian Law Awards celebrate excellence in the Australian and New Zealand legal profession, recognising deals, in-house teams, law firms, teams, dealmakers and legal leaders.
