Corporate M&A expert Robert Dooley returns to Addisons as Special Counsel

Addisons is delighted to welcome Corporate M&A specialist Robert Dooley back to the firm as Special Counsel in our Corporate practice.

Prior to returning to Addisons, Robert worked in South Korea for the last six years at top-tier Korean law firm Bae, Kim & Lee.

Robert has practised law for 15 years in Australia and South Korea, where he advised European, U.S. and Asia-based strategic and financial investors on inbound and outbound investments in a variety of industries and sectors, as well as investment in and development of renewable and traditional energy projects.

At Addisons, Robert will focus on advising our clients on corporate and commercial law, private M&A, cross-border transactions, corporate governance and commercial agreements.

Robert also has extensive experience advising on Australian water law, acting for most of the major NSW-based private irrigation supply networks, as well as government-funded and privately-funded infrastructure programs like the Australian Government’s Private Irrigation Infrastructure Operators Program.

Managing Partner Kieren Parker warmly welcomed Robert back to the firm. “We are very pleased to have Robert back at Addisons. He has gained superb international experience and contacts, and brings a wealth of knowledge to our Corporate, Water Law and Agribusiness practices. The door was always open for Robert’s return and he has already hit the ground running.”

Robert is based in Addisons’ Sydney office.
