Law firm Addisons has advised MI-GSO|PCUBED group, a wholly owned subsidiary of ALTEN SA on their acquisition of Meta Consulting Group Pty Limited (MetaPM).
MI-GSO|PCUBED’s Australian entity, Program Planning Professionals Pty Limited, acquired all of the shares in Meta Consulting Group Pty Limited, the holding company of the MetaPM group. MetaPM specialises in project management, project delivery, business analysis and training services and solutions. The transaction was a strategic acquisition to strengthen MI-GSO|PCUBED’s footprint in Australia and the Asia Pacific region.
Addisons advised MI-GSO|PCUBED, a world leading project management consultancy with 30 offices worldwide, on all aspects of the acquisition, from due diligence and negotiation of the share purchase agreement to completion matters.
The Addisons team was led by Partners Arthur Davis and Angelika Yates and was supported by Corporate team members Senior Associate Chuanchan Ma and Graduate Andrew Hough, as well as Partner Donna Short for Intellectual Property and Partner Martin O’Connor and Solicitor Brandon Chakty from the Employment team.
