Angelika’s experience spans more than 20 years practising at leading firms in Australia, Germany and the UK, including Andersen Legal in Sydney, Pinsent Masons in London and Luther in Germany.
Angelika specialises in cross-border transactions, with a strong focus on European investments into the Asia Pacific region and Australian investments into Europe. She also regularly advises domestic and international clients on corporate and commercial matters in relation to their Australian operations, including preparing and negotiating commercial contracts and advising on corporate compliance matters.
Jenoptik AG — advised a German based multinational integrated photonics group listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, on the acquisition of its Australian distributor in its traffic solutions division and subsequent tenders for government contracts in NSW and Victoria.
