Law firm Addisons has advised Everi Holdings Inc. on its subsidiaries acquisitions of ecash and Atlas.

Everi Holdings Inc. (“Everi”) is a premier provider of land-based and digital casino gaming content and products, financial technology, and player loyalty solutions.

On Monday, 1 March 2022, Everi’s subsidiary, Everi Technology Pty Ltd., completed the acquisition of ecash Holdings Pty Ltd (“ecash”), an Australia-based developer and provider of innovative cash handling and financial payment solutions principally for the broader global gaming industry. The acquisition of ecash will provide Everi with a complementary portfolio of new customer locations throughout Australia, Asia, Europe and the United States.

Randy Taylor, Everi’s President and Chief Operating Officer said of the transaction “ecash is a strategic addition to our growing global portfolio that will provide Everi with an entry into the large Australian gaming market thanks to their experienced team, proven product portfolio and established customer base.”

In addition to ecash, Everi Technology Pty Ltd. completed the acquisition of certain strategic assets (including game development technology and intellectual property) of the Atlas Gaming group of companies (“Atlas”) on Friday, 4 March 2022. Atlas is an Australia-based developer and provider of proprietary gaming content and products.

The Addisons team advising was led by Managing Partner Kieren Parker (Corporate) and Partner Jamie Nettleton (Gambling Law), whose team is also advising Everi on the regulatory aspects of establishing its operations in Australia.
