We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic part-time Corporate Receptionist to join our firm. As a Corporate Receptionist, you will be responsible for a broad range of reception and administrative duties while making a lasting impression on all staff and visitors.
As the face of Addisons, we are looking for someone who is self-motivated with a passion for delivering high-end customer service. This role is a job-sharing work arrangement working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays from 8:15 am to 5:15 pm.
Duties will include:
- Reception duties including answering phones, booking and confirming meeting rooms including setting up conference/meeting rooms, arranging equipment and catering when required.
- Ensure all incoming phone calls are attended to in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
- Meet and greet all clients and visitors and maintain the reception area.
- Managing and maintaining the presentation of the reception area and meeting rooms.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, including arrangements for couriers (local, domestic and international).
- Monitor and maintain stationery and kitchen supplies.
- Provide assistance with word processing and general administrative tasks.
- Main point of contact for office facilities maintenance.
- Maintain office equipment and communal areas and general upkeep.
- Supervision of the Office Clerk on a day to day basis.
- Coordinate and arrange internal and external events.
- Ad-Hoc office duties.
About you
To be considered for the role, you will have:
- A minimum 2 years+ experience working in corporate service within a customer centric culture and/or reception role within a similar environment.
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or a similar discipline.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Professionally presented and articulate.
- Intermediate skills in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, with limited supervision.
- Adaptability and flexibility to changing work environments and requirements.
- First Aid Certificate is desirable, but not essential.
