As a former work health and safety prosecutor, she brings unique expertise to safety compliance, safety governance and advising on regulatory investigations, and regularly advises clients on the intersection between safety, employment and industrial issues.

Brigid also has significant expertise in employment advisory, employment disputes, discrimination law and workplace investigations. She prides herself on being able to provide practical advice tailored to the size and needs of a business and works with clients across a broad range of industries including infrastructure, technology, FMCG, professional services and healthcare.

Aged care provider*

advised the organisation on numerous complaints of bullying, harassment and racial discrimination made against a senior executive officer, including advising the organisation on the related outcome of an independent investigation into the complaints and resulting disciplinary action taken.

FMCG business*

advised on a complex workplace investigation relating to allegations of fraud and misconduct, and assisting the company to successfully resolve related stop bullying applications commenced by employees subject of those investigations in the Fair Work Commission.
