Addisons has welcomed real estate lawyer Rita Bradshaw as a Special Counsel to the firm. Rita joins Addisons’ established and well-regarded Property Practice.
Rita brings a depth of experience in advising property clients on complex interjurisdictional acquisitions and disposals, structural advice and due diligence. She also has extensive leasing, subleasing and licensing experience across a wide range of asset classes.
