Australian law firm Addisons has continued to enhance and expand its Corporate and M&A practice with the appointment of experienced dealmaker Richard Francis as Special Counsel.
Richard joins Addisons today and brings broad experience in Corporate, M&A, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Funds, Financial Services Regulation and FinTech. He is passionate about the Web3 and FinTech sector and has a strong track record in transactions in this area.
Addisons’ Managing Partner Kieren Parker welcomed Richard to the firm, “Richard is an experienced corporate, M&A and capital markets lawyer, with a superb transactional track record and established relationships in the Australian and international markets. Richard is the fourth senior appointment to Addisons’ Corporate and M&A practice this year. Most recently, M&A and Private Equity expert David Stammers joined the firm, Geri du Plessis was promoted to Partner, plus Addisons welcomed back to the firm Special Counsel Robert Dooley after practising in Asia.
Richard will work closely with Addisons Corporate and M&A partners Daniel Goldberg and Robert Kerr.
