Australian law firm Addisons is thrilled to announce Rebecca Dooley, Portia Malinowski and Natalie Rodwell will be promoted to the partnership on 1 July 2024.

Rebecca is committed to obtaining results for her clients and always aims to provide advice that is timely and commercially-sound. Rebecca provides listed companies, SMEs, startups and investors with advice relating to M&A and capital raisings. Rebecca also provides legal advice on other corporate and commercial matters, including contracts, corporate governance and employee share plans.
Portia ensures that her clients get thought-through, timely and practical advice so they can make the decisions that ultimately work best for their business. Her experience in commercial property includes acquisitions and divestments of agricultural land, commercial assets, compulsory acquisitions and property due diligence. Portia also advises on all aspects of commercial leasing, acting for landlords and tenants across multiple jurisdictions.
Natalie simplifies environment and planning law to help her clients secure, protect and comply with approvals, particularly in relation to high profile urban renewal projects and in Land and Environment Court litigation. Natalie advises on private and public sector clients particularly in relation to landmark major projects on a range of planning and environment issues.
Their promotion will see Addisons’ partnership grow to 23, with almost half by internal promotion. The proportion of female equity partners will increase to 43%.
