Addisons advises Mutiny on its seed fundraising

Law firm Addisons has advised Progressive Growth Partners Pty Ltd trading as “Mutiny” (Mutiny) on its $2.4m seed funding round.

Mutiny is a marketing investment analytics platform that provides insights to drive financial effectiveness in marketing activity. The Mutiny platform WarChest enables organisations to lift marketing effectiveness and ROI.

On 16 June 2022, Mutiny completed its seed fundraising round. The capital raised will enable Mutiny to streamline its self-service onboarding process and expand customer data management, further develop its decision and insight infrastructure, and to push into the US market.

The Addisons team advising Mutiny was led by Managing Partner, Kieren Parker and supported by Solicitor, Sophie Evans.

Henry Innis, Mutiny Co-founder said of the transaction “Addisons have been our long-term lawyers and partners. Kieren has not only been a consummate professional and always the best in the business, but his team led by Sophie were simply tremendous through a very fast paced capital raising process. I couldn’t recommend them more highly as a quick, clean and effective partner through any M&A or capital transaction.”

Kieren Parker said, “Congratulations to Co-founders Henry Innis and Matt Farrugia. The calibre of advertising industry and tech investors supporting Mutiny in this round, including Eucalyptus founders Charlie Gearside and Alexey Mitko, and advertising guru Russel Howcroft, is indicative of the interest in Mutiny and the traction that it has already achieved with its WarChest SaaS platform.”
