Addisons’ Direct Selling team has been extensively involved in assisting the direct selling sector for many years. We have an intimate understanding of the business issues faced by the sector.
We advise on the structure of global and Australian multi-level marketing and direct selling organisations in relation to their Australian operations, taking into account all applicable laws, and the relationship with distributors and customers. This includes establishing a local entity, obtaining brand protection and advising in respect of all relevant compliance issues. We also assist on all aspects of marketing and advertising law in relation to product development, branding, packaging and promotion.
We are also a long-time supplier member of Direct Selling Australia (DSA) and participate regularly at DSA events.

advised on product regulatory requirements including product classification, ingredients, registration requirements and packaging and labelling requirements for a wide range of products, including cosmetics, personal care products, foods, supplements, therapeutic goods and electronic items.
