Law firm Addisons has advised the shareholders of Perth-based Hayes Information Systems and Communications Pty Ltd (Hayes) on their sale of the entire issue of share capital of Hayes to Anatas Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of ASX-listed technology business Atturra Limited (ASX: ATA).
Hayes is an award winning OpenText partner, providing information management consultancy, digital transformation services, and Enterprise Content Management application support services.
The legal team advising Hayes was led by Addisons’ Managing Partner, Kieren Parker, and was supported by Senior Associate, Rebecca Dooley, and Solicitor, Max Jamieson. TMT Partners were corporate advisors to Hayes.
