Addisons has advised private equity firm Brightstar Capital Partners (Brightstar) on the NSW regulatory gaming law aspects of their US$1.1 billion acquisition of AGS.
The Addisons team advising on the deal was led by Partner Jamie Nettleton, with Solicitor Jessenia Prado-Banton.
