Addisons advised SoupedUp Solutions Pty Ltd (SoupedUp) on the sale of its business to Cater Care Australia Pty Ltd, an Australian-owned provider of contract catering, facilities management and accommodation services. The transaction completed in September 2026.
Founded in 2009 by Belinda Adams, SoupedUp is a leading software business that provides cloud-based catering management and food safety software solutions to the aged care sector.
