Addisons has provided gaming regulatory advice to BMM Testlabs (BMM) in connection with its transaction with The Visualize Group (Visualize).
BMM is a leading global provider of testing, inspection, compliance, and certification services for the regulated gaming industry. The acquisition by Visualize, a private investment firm, will, upon closing, position BMM for rapid global expansion and increased scale.
Addisons is advising BMM on the gaming regulatory aspects of the transaction.
