Law firm Addisons has advised Hillridge Technology Pty Ltd on its seed funding round, led by Artesian and InterValley.
Hillridge is an early stage technology company supporting farmers in Australia and around the world with much needed weather-index protection.
Hillridge recently completed its seed funding round, led by VCs Artesian and InterValley Ventures. The capital raise will enable Hillridge to accelerate its mission to help farmers mitigate the financial impact of poor weather.
The Addisons team advising Hillridge was led by Managing Partner Kieren Parker, who was supported by Senior Associate Rebecca Dooley and Solicitor Sophie Evans.
Managing Partner Kieren Parker said, “Hillridge is seeking to play an important role in ensuring that farmers have access to affordable climate insurance, and investor support through this funding round is an important milestone to Hillridge achieving that aim. Congratulations to Co-Founders Dale Schilling and Dai-Kyu Kim.”
