Law firm Addisons has advised marketing investment analytics platform Mutinex on its seed extension funding round of $5 million. This latest funding round was led by VC Equity Venture Partners (EVP).
Mutinex is a software company that provides temporary use of online non-downloadable software to store, manage, track, analyse and report data in the field of marketing and sales.
The Addisons team advising Mutinex was led by Managing Partner, Kieren Parker with Solicitors, Max Jamieson and Sophie Evans.
Commenting on the fundraising, Co-founder Henry Innis said, “We have worked with Kieren, Sophie and the team as our long-term solicitors. They are consummate professionals and invaluable advisors. This wasn’t an expected fundraising round, but in this climate, it was great to be able to get something away with such significant value creation. In particular we’re very lucky to have great partners across the board with our investors, legal team and Board which made this such a great result. Now we get back to building the business!”
Kieren Parker said, “Congratulations to Co-founders Henry Innis and Matt Farrugia in securing this funding round. Mutinex continues to go from strength to strength with GrowthOS, a sophisticated analytics platform for companies to measure the financial return of their digital marketing spend.
“Closing this round – led by VC EVP and well supported by existing and new investors – in an investment climate that has otherwise turned significantly more cautious since Mutinex’s last funding round in mid-2022 is no mean feat, and gives Mutinex real momentum.”
