Solicitor, Property Law (2-3 years PQE)

Addisons is seeking a 2-3 PQE Property Solicitor on a full time, permanent basis to join our leading Commercial Property practice. The practice has been recognised by Doyle’s Guide 2023 in the Leading Property & Real Estate Law Firm category for NSW.

You will work on mainstream commercial property transactions (acquisitions and disposals), including in conjunction with business/asset transactions, across a variety of industries from the pub/hotel industry to the industrial and agricultural industry. You will also be advising and acting on leasing transactions acting for landlord and tenant across the retail, industrial and commercial sectors.

You will gain invaluable experience by working alongside highly skilled and experienced senior lawyers who are passionate about their work.

About you

To be considered for the role, you will have:

  • Around 2-3 years’ post admission experience either in private practice or in-house within a property law team 
  • Strong drafting skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to excellence in client service with an ability to work well with various partners and lawyers
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities, high volume work and work to deadlines
  • Enthusiasm and a positive, collaborative and proactive approach
  • The ability to work autonomously and within a small team.
