Addisons is seeking an enthusiastic Law Graduate/Junior Solicitor who has a strong interest in the practice of property law to join our leading Commercial Property practice. The practice has been recognised by Doyle’s Guide 2023 in the Leading Property & Real Estate Law Firm category for NSW.
We are seeking an individual who has the drive and curiosity to develop and position themselves as a future property law expert, for clients and within the firm. You will be supporting the team on property transactions (acquisitions and disposals), property due diligence, leasing transactions (retail, industrial and commercial sectors), legal research and other property related matters across a wide variety of industries. The role has a broad focus across all areas of property law.
You will gain invaluable experience by working closely alongside highly skilled and experienced senior lawyers who are passionate about their work. As part of your ongoing development, you will be exposed to a range of interesting matters and sophisticated clients, and at the same time, learn about the businesses and industries in which they operate. You will also have opportunity to collaborate with other practice areas (such as Mergers & Acquisitions, Banking & Finance, Environment & Planning, and Construction) in more complex matters and transactions.

About you
To be considered for the role, you will have:
- Completed Bachelor of Laws with a strong interest working in property law;
- A strong academic record;
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to excellence in client service with an ability to build rapport with busy clients, partners and lawyers;
- An eagerness to learn and has a results-oriented attitude to their work;
- Enthusiasm to embrace learning opportunities;
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills;
- The ability to work autonomously and within a small team;
- A flexible and adaptable style and responsiveness to changes in work demands and circumstances.
