Max has assisted private and public companies with capital raising and provided helpful governance advice to a variety of entities from dynamic small start-ups to large listed entities. Experience includes assisting a tech start-up sell to an established IT services provider, facilitating the sale of a light manufacturing business to a private equity firm and assisting an Australian entity with offshore operations to list on the Australian Securities Exchange.

In addition to corporate transactional and governance matters, Max also provides a commercial advice for clients in the technology, hospitality and energy and resources sectors.

Hayes Information Systems

advised the shareholders of Hayes on their sale of the entire issue of share capital of Hayes to Anatas Pty Ltd (a subsidiary of ASX-listed technology business Atturra Limited).

advised the Merivale Group on its landmark contract with Venues NSW (VNSW) to be the exclusive hospitality experience partner for the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) and Sydney Football Stadium (SFS).
