Liliana’s experience includes all forms of tender negotiation, contract procurement, construction management and dispute resolution, including court, arbitration, expert determination, mediation and security of payment adjudication. She regularly assists her clients by providing advice on project documentation, risk allocation and contract administration. She is also experienced in advising on project delivery issues, development side deeds and agreements for lease.
Her extensive contract drafting experience includes drafting and negotiating a broad range of construction contracts and associated documents including most forms of Australian Standards contracts, bespoke contracts, tender documents, consultancy agreements, tripartite agreements and guarantees.
Liliana has advised and acted on many complex construction disputes, including those relating to latent conditions, variations, delay claims and programming, security, insurance, defective works and damages for breach of contract.
