James is a seasoned intellectual property (IP) advisor and litigator who specialises in the management of IP disputes. His practice covers a wide range of intellectual property areas with an emphasis on IP litigation, patents, copyright, brand protection, trade secrets and portfolio management.

James is the Editor of the Patents chapter in Halsbury’s Laws of Australia and regularly publishes and presents on intellectual property issues.
