Bianca is an intellectual property specialist with experience working in private practice and in-house across Sydney, London and Melbourne.
She has extensive experience in developing intellectual property protection strategies for trade mark, copyright and design owners. This experience spans providing both litigious and tactical advice in relation to these areas.
Trade mark portfolio management — managing, prosecuting and enforcing local and global trade mark portfolios for a range of clients, and advising on related clearance issues.
Content take down — implementing content take down procedures on various e-commerce and social media platforms.
Domain name recovery — recovering domain names filed in bad faith.
Intellectual property disputes — assisting with intellectual property infringement, moral rights infringement, misleading conduct and breach of confidentiality disputes, including before the Federal Court of Australia.
Intellectual property advice — advising on non-contentious intellectual property issues such as intra-group licensing, ownership of intellectual property and the parallel importation of goods.
