Canadian solar EPC firm — as in-house Counsel acted on the acquisition of a Canadian solar EPC firm.
Energy related contracts — as in-house Counsel drafted, reviewed and negotiated a range of energy related contracts, with a particular focus on supplier agreements with solar equipment manufacturers, solar energy system installation contracts and service contracts relating to upgrading energy efficiency in large commercial and residential property developments.
International solar developer — advised an international solar developer on acquisition of a 36MW solar farm in Victoria.
