The news site of the Australian HR Institute recently interviewed partner Marin O’Connor on a recent Fair Work Commission case.
The case centred on an employee, while remaining employed by the same employer and occupying the same position, successfully argued that he had been unfairly dismissed when his employer changed his contractual benefits by taking away his company car.
