Invocare has entered into a conditional sales agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of Family Pet Care Pty Ltd and the business and assets of Pets in Peace.
Addisons Senior Associates Rebecca Dooley and Portia Malinowski were delighted to advise Invocare on these two acquisitions.
The Addisons team has enjoyed working with InvoCare for many years and we are excited to see the expansion of their end of life pet care services in Australia. InvoCare launched Patch & Purr pet cremations in NSW in 2019.
Of the two new acquisitions, Invocare Chief Executive Officer, Martin Earp, said:
“The acquisitions are a significant expansion into the adjacent market of pet cremations building on our 2018 entry into this market in NSW and transforming the Pet Crematorium division of InvoCare into a meaningful contributor to overall earnings. We are excited to complete these transactions as they are both very high-quality businesses providing exceptional levels of customer service.”
