advised LOGOS, a leading provider of property solutions in the logistics sector throughout Asia–Pacific, on its joint venture with ENGIE to build a regional renewable energy platform to provide renewable energy solutions for LOGOS’s Asia–Pacific portfolio.

Moxey Farms

advised the Moxey family on the sale of Moxey Farms, one of Australia’s largest single-site dairy operations, to an incorporated joint venture, Australian Fresh Milk Holdings. We also advised our client on its reinvestment in the joint venture, including advising our client on the joint venture agreements.
