Graduates are the lifeblood of our firm and we’re proud of our annual Addisons Graduate Program.
Our Graduate Program will provide you with the practical experience, support and learning opportunities to embark on a rewarding and successful legal career in a professional environment.
What to expect
As an Addisons Graduate, you will participate in a twelve-month program consisting of two six-month rotations. You will work closely with our partners and lawyers, gaining exposure to a diverse range of client matters, teams, and practice areas.
Throughout the twelve-month program, you will be supported through the PLT program and study schedule of your choice. Additionally, upon graduation and admission, you will be entitled to special paid annual leave.
Upon successful completion of the Addisons Graduate Program, we will offer you a permanent position, subject to successful completion of probation.

About You

To be eligible for our Graduate Program, when submitting your application, you should:
be a citizen of, or hold permanent residency in Australia or New Zealand; and
be in your final year of university studies (bachelor degree or higher) or have completed your studies in the last three years.

Applications for the 2025 program are now closed.
Applications for the 2026 program will open on 1 July 2025. You will be required to upload all of the following:
