The founders of LaCorium Health have completed the sale of the business to US-listed Prestige Consumer Healthcare, Inc. (NYSE:PBH), owner of Care Pharmaceuticals.
Addisons acted as legal adviser to its long-term clients, the founders of LaCorium Health, on the transaction.
LaCorium Health is an Australian-based leader in therapeutic skin care, with global sales under the Dermal Therapy®, Flexitol® and Crampeze® brands in categories including lip care, skin care, foot care and hair & scalp.
