Addisons has acted as legal advisor to ocean robotics company Hullbot on its recent $16 million Series A funding round.
Hullbot, also known as Armata Systems Pty Ltd, is a global robotic ship hull cleaning service. The autonomous robots reduce fuel consumption, increase performance and reduce greenhouse emissions.
The Addisons team advising Hullbot on its funding round was led by Partner Rebecca Dooley, with Senior Associate Max Jamieson.
