Angelika specialises in cross-border transactions, with a strong focus on European investments into the Asia-Pacific region and Australian investments into Europe.

She assists multinational organisations enter the Australian market, including advising on Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) and regulatory requirements. She also advises domestic and international clients on corporate and commercial aspects of their Australian operations, including commercial contracting, corporate advisory and compliance matters.
