Whilst working as in-house counsel for a renewable energy company in New York, Anna acquired a broad range of skills in contract drafting and negotiations, she attended board meetings as company secretary, and acted on various transactions such as a public listing and the acquisition of a business.
Since joining Addisons, Anna has provided advice to major property developers such as Lendlease on complex matters such as development contributions, voluntary planning agreements and interim heritage orders.
