Rachel has worked in both an in-house capacity and as an external adviser, having completed two secondments with clients since joining Addisons in late 2013.

She enjoys the daily challenge of coming up with practical and simple solutions to complex legal issues, to enable our clients to achieve their business objectives within a speedy timeframe.

Her core practice is in the fields of competition and consumer law, with a focus on the fast moving consumer goods sector. She specialises in merger clearances, compliance with cartel and anti-competitive conduct laws, resale price maintenance, advertising and marketing, product recalls, consumer guarantees, food and beverage labelling laws, industry self-regulatory advertising and marketing codes (e.g. MAIF Agreement, AANA Code of Ethics, and ABAC Responsible Alcohol Marketing Code), and compliance with the therapeutic goods regime.
