Pauline’s experience lies in providing commercial advice to developers, statutory authorities and government with respect to town planning, environmental and liquor laws. That advice relates to transactions and, where necessary, litigation.

To achieve the best legal outcomes she works closely with clients and their consultants to understand the different imperatives of each matter and she always aims to achieve personal objectives which are to provide focussed advice efficiently and to add value.
Commercial Client

acted in appeal proceedings in the Land and Environment Court of NSW in gaining approval for a $600 million new master plan community between Anzac Parade and the Coast Golf Course at Little Bay. The issues involved urban design, architecture, traffic and relationship to adjoining open space.

Merivale

provide planning, liquor licensing and property acquisition advice to Merivale and have successfully litigated numerous disputes in the Local Court, District Court, Supreme Court and the Land and Environment Court of NSW.

Mulpha

advising and acting for Mulpha in judicial review proceedings and subsequent successful merit appeal proceedings in the Land and Environment Court against a development proposal for a complex site in an important heritage precinct in Sydney. I continue to provide planning advice to Mulpha in respect of development proposals, including those litigated in the Land and Environment Court of NSW.
