Jonathan’s experience in commercial property covers a wide range of transactions including acquisitions and disposals, put and call options, leasing, mortgages, easements and covenants, strata renewal and FIRB advice.

He has acted for wide range of clients both inside and outside of the real estate business, including institutional investors, property developers, technology companies, publicans, private lenders, and an Australian University. His experiences include working on the property side of large M&A transactions. Jonathan has experience in transacting commercial, industrial, retail and residential property and he has experience working with property in States and Territories outside of NSW.

In the area of banking and finance, Jonathan has acted for lenders and borrowers in private lending space to fund the acquisition and construction of residential development projects.
