Dennis is a corporate lawyer who advises clients on their strategic mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, foreign direct investments into Australia and corporate and governance issues. His expertise includes advising offshore investors on Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) requirements.

Dennis advises private equity sponsors and entities of different stages of maturity, from global corporations to start-ups. He has a deep understanding of the commercial drivers and strategic objectives of clients, drawing on his previous experience as in-house counsel.

Dennis has been recognised by his peers for excellence in commercial and corporate law. He was the recipient of the ‘2021 Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Award’ for Commercial Law and has been recognised in ‘Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch’ for Corporate Law.
