2. What kinds of personal information do we collect from you?
The types of personal information we collect about you includes:

From time to time we may also collect sensitive information from you. (This may include health information or membership details of professional or trade associations or political parties.) If we do collect sensitive information from you, we will not do so without first obtaining your consent.

We store personal information in hard copy and electronic format. We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from:

Records containing personal information are accessible to employees of Addisons to enable them to perform their duties. Addisons’ employees are subject to confidentiality and privacy requirements.
When you visit our website or download information, our Internet Service Provider (ISP) makes a record of your visit and records information such as your internet address, your domain name (if applicable), the date and time, the document pages that you download and links from other sites that you have followed to reach our website.
From time to time, we may also disclose this non-personal information to Google Analytics for statistical purposes and for the purposes of tracking and understanding our website traffic, so that we can continue to improve and enhance our website.
