Suzy is an environment and planning lawyer with over six years’ legal experience including working on one of the largest and most complex land acquisition cases in NSW legal history. Suzy’s diversified experience includes providing advice in relation to planning approvals for large and complex developments, pollution and environmental incidents and compulsory land acquisition for major infrastructure projects. Suzy’s experience also includes drafting and negotiating letters of offer and voluntary planning agreements.
Suzy has extensive experience in the class 1 jurisdiction of the Land and Environment Court as well as experience in the class 3 and 4 jurisdictions of the Land and Environment Court. She represents clients in a range of litigation matters and lead negotiations on behalf of clients to deliver successful outcomes.
