Achieving a truly successful outcome for a client not only requires excellent legal skills, it also demands a deep and ongoing understanding of the client’s business and commercial objectives

My work includes mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and commercial, transactional and strategic corporate advice.

Clients expect me to fill a number of roles for them including trusted commercial adviser, expert legal adviser and contributor to decision making on key issues. In order to effectively perform these roles, my approach is to gain a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business, their objectives and commercial constraints and to then maintain a close ongoing relationship with founders, senior management and major stakeholders.
