I enjoy partnering with clients to achieve the best outcomes for their projects and disputes.

I have significant legal experience in the construction and property industry. I regularly advise clients on various issues that can impact a project from pre-contract to post-completion. I have significant experience in drafting and negotiation of a range of construction contracts and associated documents including sub-contracts, consultancy agreements and guarantees for residential, commercial, retail, infrastructure and solar projects.

I have extensive experience in representing parties on construction disputes in Court proceedings and arbitration in relation to payment disputes, defects, delay and contamination claims. I also have experience with acting for claimants and respondents in the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Legislation in NSW, VIC and QLD.
