Anacacia Capital’s portfolio company Force Fire has agreed on a deal to acquire Brisbane Fire Protection.
Addisons Special Counsel Geri du Plessis and Partner Daniel Goldberg, who advised Force Fire on the transaction, congratulated the fire protection business on the acquisition. The transaction sees Force Fire grow to having a significant footprint across New South Wales and Queensland.
