This week Addisons celebrates four internal promotions to Senior Associate.
Anna Lindeman-Jones, Shanna Protic Dib, Kate Blunden and Lee Cone will become Senior Associates on 1 July 2021. These promotions are a recognition of their expertise in their respective specialist areas of law and an acknowledgement of their outstanding work at Addisons.
Anna is a highly specialised environment and planning lawyer who is also admitted to the New York Bar and has practised law in the renewable energy space in New York. Anna continues her renewable energy and sustainability practice in the context of major projects and planning developments in NSW and nationally.
Shanna was recently nominated for the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Award in the Sports and Entertainment category. She is a leading lawyer in the gambling industry who is globally recognised and manages high profile projects for both Australian and international clients.
Kate is committed to delivering the highest standards of legal and commercial advice in environment and town planning law. She has particular experience in advising on compulsory acquisition compensation claims, biodiversity legislation and environmental regulation for a variety of projects including greenfield subdivisions, waste recycling and commercial and industrial premises. Kate’s well-rounded skills are such that she brings a practical and commercial approach to providing legal advice and is a diligent, reliable and confident litigator where required.
Lee has been with the firm since 2015 and is a highly respected member of our Environment and Planning team. Lee specialises in major projects, large greenfield developments, senior housing and retirement living projects and also affordable housing. She has a keen interest in environmental legislation and is a highly skilful litigator representing some of Australia’s leading developers.
