Addisons was pleased to advise fintech Frollo and its shareholders on its sale to NextGen.
Frollo is a FinTech that is focused on financial wellness and improving consumer’s confidence with money. The sale transaction closed on 1 July 2020, the same day that Frollo became the first Australian FinTech to become an accredited data recipient under the Consumer Data Right (CDR) regime, known as ‘open banking’.
