Law firm Addisons has advised the shareholders of Perth-based Hayes Information Systems and Communications Pty Ltd (Hayes) on their sale of the entire issue of share capital of Hayes to Anatas Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of ASX-listed technology business Atturra Limited (ASX: ATA).
Hayes is an award winning OpenText partner, providing information management consultancy, digital transformation services, and Enterprise Content Management application support services.
The legal team advising Hayes was led by Addisons’ Managing Partner, Kieren Parker, and was supported by Senior Associate, Rebecca Dooley, and Solicitor, Max Jamieson. TMT Partners were corporate advisors to Hayes.
Commenting on the transaction, which completed yesterday, Duncan Hayes, the Managing Director and the major shareholder of Hayes, said “We are very pleased with the result and the exceptional services provided by the Addisons team. They engaged well at all levels, brilliantly responsive, experienced and wildly knowledgeable. Addisons’ communication couldn’t be faulted and we felt supremely confident we were represented in a manner that lives up to our pride in Hayes, our reputation and values, and our decision to be acquired by Atturra.”
Kieren Parker said, “Congratulations to Duncan Hayes, Amanda Cox and their team on building a leading information management business, and one that presented an attractive growth opportunity for Atturra. We wish them well as part of the expanded Atturra team.”
